These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Food Mood mobile applications and website (collectively, the “Platform”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Overview

Food Mood is a multi-vendor food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery partners to facilitate food ordering and delivery.

These Terms apply to:

  • Customers placing orders

  • Vendors/Restaurants providing food services

  • Delivery Partners fulfilling deliveries


2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Food Mood is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.


3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed through the Platform are subject to vendor availability.

  • Prices, menu items, and delivery times are provided by restaurants.

  • Payment must be made through approved methods in the app.

  • All sales are final once confirmed, except where refunds are applicable.


4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect info may not be eligible for a refund.


5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors must:

  • Ensure accurate menu listings, prices, and availability

  • Fulfill orders promptly and maintain food quality standards

  • Comply with all applicable food safety and health regulations


6. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners agree to:

  • Follow local traffic laws and ensure timely delivery

  • Handle food with care and hygiene

  • Use the Delivery App for real-time updates and order tracking

  • Respect customers and vendors during interactions


7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers may cancel an order within a limited time after placing it (before it is accepted).

  • Refunds are granted only under specific conditions such as wrong items, missing orders, or service errors.

  • Disputes can be raised through our support system within 24 hours of order completion.


8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with the platform’s operation or security

  • Post offensive, misleading, or harmful content

  • Violate the rights of other users, vendors, or partners


9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Food Mood platform (logo, design, text, images) is the property of Food Mood and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, without notice.


11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Food Mood is a facilitator and not the manufacturer or seller of food. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays in delivery beyond our control

  • Food quality or preparation issues

  • Damages caused by misuse of the app

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.


13. Governing Law
